The peptic ulcer was developed at appeared recently as a contagious disease, distributed all over the world and most common cause of this disease is H.pylori. Laboratory diagnosis used to detect bacterium by several methods which include invasive non-invasive methods. . ELISA technique identify IgG, IgM, IgA antibodies against H. Pylori. All participants underwent endoscopic procedures Duhok City/Azadi Hospital/Endoscopy Center, highly skilled endoscopist carried out procedures, As well questionnaire form has been filled through interview with enroll socio-demographic factors occupation, history treatment, findings. Among 90 participants, serological prevalence 72%, 7%, 30% positive respectively. housewife group recorded high percentage IgG whereas low percentages were for military group. A significant immune reaction in student noted. In addition IgM. effect those who had treatment previously revealed IgG.
